Pre-NURSE Pathway
Supporting students on their path from pre-nursing to nursing
Program Overview
The Pre-NURSE Pathway is a Strong Workforce Program grant initiative in partnership with the HOPE and Avanzando programs at Santa Rosa Junior College. This program was created to support pre-nursing students, especially those who are first-generation, underrepresented, and navigating the pathway into nursing.
Our goal is to provide the resources, guidance, and encouragement students need to successfully complete their Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) prerequisites, prepare for the TEAS exam, and feel more confident navigating the nursing application process.
Through community, practical support, and student-centered programming, Pre-NURSE Pathway helps students build confidence and move forward in their healthcare journey.
